Mary began her landscape design career in 1985 in Virginia Beach, VA, later re-locating to the Northern Virginia area.
Mary Rose is dedicated to creating landscape designs that are environmentally responsible, sustainable, with ease of maintenance and functionality. She works closely with each client, using her love of color and form, to create beauty and harmony in their outdoor environment. Clients love her passionate attention to details, and her dedication to creating.
Mary Rose has been featured as guest speaker for a series of landscape topics, and has presented workshops to Master Gardeners Programs including the Function and Purpose of Rain Gardens, and How to Install a Rain Garden.
Mary Rose spent two years working with TruGreen Landcare as Regional Landscape Designer in Northern Virginia. Some of the commercial properties she designed for include McLean Hilton Hotel, Hampton Inn, Marriott, Oracle, Comcast, Lockheed-Martin and Tyson’s Pond.
Mary Rose is a member of Fauquier Women and Holistic Alliance Entrepreneurs. Her volunteer work includes Fauquier Hospital, Amissville Fire Dept and Food Bank, and Jefferson Ruritan.
